We choose Patriots Point to erect a 60 x 180 ft tent for 13 of Charleston's finest chefs to prepare tapas size portions for 250 guests. Local wine merchants were on hand to pour a variety of wines which matched up beautifully with the items offered. The red, black and white theme was a winner, with thousands of long stemmed roses being flown in from South America, accented with stunning back and white satin cloths.
